Applications for the 2025 Greenwood Holiday Craft Fair will open up to existing vendors on March 1, 2026.
Applications for new vendors will open up and be available at the link below on April 1, 2026.

We will NEVER ask you to make a payment via wire, cash app, Venmo, etc. Payments should be mailed to the address listed below:

Please be aware of potential scammers - especially on Facebook. We will not reach out to you directly on Facebook. We do not use Google Forms. We only will communicate via email or phone at 317-889-4020. Never send money to someone via electronic means. We do not use Venmo/Cashapp/Wire Transfers/Apple Pay/Samsung Pay/Etc.

Vendor unloading and parking map
Vendor Unloading
Vendors can unload at the Student Activity Center Entrance outside Door 31N. Vendors should bring their own dollies and any materials and help needed to unload and bring their merchandise inside.
Trucks and Trailers should park in the SW corner of the school after unloading.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes, stuff comes up and you may need to cancel. If that happens our cancelation policy is outlined below:
There will be no fees refunded within 30 Calendar Days of the Event.
All refunds will be issued via check to the address listed on the application. Please allow 3 business days for check processing. Checks will then be mailed to the address listed on your application.
Vendor Expectations
The following are requirements expected of our vendors:
- All vendors are expected to be set-up no latter than 9 AM on the day of the event.
- All vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event and once the event has ended (at 2 PM), Vendors should immediately break down their booths and be vacated from the school by 3:30 PM.
- Be a good neighbor! Vendors should stay within their designated booth space and not cross over into their neighbors space.
- If you have been allotted an electric space, you should bring a short extension cord. We will provide one long cord.
- Bring help! We will have players from the Greenwood High School Football Team on hand to help Vendors with unloading but if you have dollies, carts, extra hands to help you unload, those are great things to bring. We have a very limited number of carts.
- Have a great time! We love our vendors and want to make sure this is a great event for you. If you need anything, staff will be around to ensure all your questions are answered.
